Description

Worn during World War II, the forget me not became a replacement for the square and compass that men wore on their lapel. Masons were considered to be a political threat to Nazi Germany and to wear a square and compass was dangerous. Therefore, the Masons at the time decided to distinguish one another by wearing a small forget me not on their lapel. Clutch back, 3/8″ Diameter.
